PACKAGED SERVICES

10 hours per month @ $30 per hour or $300 monthly

20 hours per month @ $28 per hour or $560 monthly

🅸ntermediate Package

30 hours per month @ $26 per hour or $780 monthly

🆃op of the Chart Package

40 hours per month @ $25 per hour or $1,000 monthly

🅰d-Hoc Pay as You go Hourly Rate - $35

This rate can be applied to projects or just when you need administrative and/or project management tasks completed every now and then and is flexible. You are charged for the time use and billed at month-end with time-tracking reports used for each task


General Business Administration 

service may include but is not limited to:

Calendar Management: maintain appointments/events/meetings via Google, Outlook, or your calendar preference.

Email Management: answer emails, sort/prioritize emails, keep in-boxes up-to-date, and organize.  Manage your Contacts list.

Tasks Management: create general correspondence, memos, letters, newsletters, create forms, questionnaires, etc. Proofreading (reports/documents/grammar/layout).

File Management: organize your Cloud accounts: OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox.

Manage/update your Blogs/reply to comments.

Research (products, prices, topics, competition).


 Social Media Support 

Monitor 1 Social Medial account (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter) and create content (Client can also provide the content).

Set up your Social Media accounts. Manage and update your Social Media Accounts. Create/schedule/post content for your Social Media accounts. Engage with your audience: reply to comments/answer questions/moderate accounts.

Will use Canva designs and schedule 3 posts per week with Hashtag research and interact with comments/questions on your page. Optional: same content can be cross-post to another of your social media platforms.

This service can be customized to monitor more than one Social Media account at your discretion.

Graphic Design 

Graphic Design service at an hourly rate of $20 for social media images, resumes, cover letters, flyers, book covers, reports, planners, invoices, etc.  Use Canva to create the designs which allow me to share your work with you and make changes where necessary. You are charged for the time used and billed at month-end with time-tracking reports used for each task.


 Technical Support may include but is not limited to:

CRM and Contacts set-up/management.

Graphic Design using Canva Pro.

Setup Honeybook or Vcita systems, etc.

Project Management support via Asana, Trello, Clickup, Notion, etc.

Systems and Processes: create, edit and maintain your Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Upload content and images to your Course platform.

Troubleshooting and technical support for your Course platform.


N o t e  

We will sign an Agreement for services provided.

You are charged for the time used and billed partial payment at the start of service, that is, signing of Agreement by both parties.

Time-tracking reports are used for each task and provided weekly and/or monthly.

Hours are not rolled over; you are only charged for the hours used.

Further information will be provided in the Agreement document.
